1. Overview

RADHYA AI operates on a subscription model (monthly). We understand that circumstances change, and we have a fair refund policy to protect your interests. This policy applies to all paid plans — PRO (₹699/month) and Elite (₹1,499/month).

Since RADHYA provides digital services and signals, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis under the conditions outlined below.

2. Refund Eligibility Window

We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of your first payment or renewal charge. Requests made after 7 days from the billing date will not be eligible for a refund.

EXAMPLE
If you subscribed on April 1st, you can request a refund up to April 7th. After April 7th, the subscription cycle is non-refundable.

3. Refund Conditions by Plan

Refund eligibility depends on your plan and usage:

AI commentary or signals accessed
Backtest results were viewed or downloaded
Dissatisfaction with trading outcomes

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:

NO REFUND You accessed and used signals for trading decisions
NO REFUND Refund request is made after the 7-day window
NO REFUND Account was suspended due to Terms of Service violation
NO REFUND Dissatisfaction with signal outcomes (markets are unpredictable)
NO REFUND Free plan — Free tier has no charges, hence no refunds apply
NO REFUND Partial months used beyond the refund window

We want to be honest: RADHYA provides analytical tools, not guaranteed profits. Market performance is outside our control and is not a valid reason for a refund.

5. How to Request a Refund

Requesting a refund is simple. Follow these steps:

Mention your registered email, plan name (PRO/Elite), payment date, and reason for refund

Wait for Confirmation
We will review and respond within 2 business days with approval or explanation

Receive Refund
Approved refunds are processed in 5–7 business days to your original payment method

6. Refund Processing Time

Once approved:

Refunds are initiated within 1–2 business days of approval
Razorpay processes and credits within 5–7 business days
Credit/Debit card refunds may take up to 10 business days depending on your bank
UPI refunds are typically faster — 1–3 business days

Refunds are returned to the original payment method only. We cannot transfer refunds to a different bank account or UPI ID.

7. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Subscription → Cancel Plan.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle
You retain full access to your plan until the period ends
No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a paid cycle
After cancellation, your account reverts to the Free tier automatically

Cancellation and refund are separate processes. Cancellation stops future billing; a refund request is needed if you want money back for the current cycle.

8. Duplicate or Erroneous Charges

If you were charged more than once due to a payment gateway error, we will investigate and refund the duplicate amount within 3 business days of confirmation. Please email us immediately with your payment ID (available in your Razorpay receipt).

9. Dispute Resolution

If you are unsatisfied with our refund decision, you may:

Reply to our email with additional details for re-evaluation
Contact Razorpay support with your payment ID for payment-related disputes
Raise a chargeback through your bank (though we encourage direct resolution first)

We are committed to resolving all genuine concerns fairly. Please reach out — most issues are resolved through direct communication.
