RADHYA AI operates on a subscription model (monthly). We understand that circumstances change, and we have a fair refund policy to protect your interests. This policy applies to all paid plans — PRO (₹699/month) and Elite (₹1,499/month).
Since RADHYA provides digital services and signals, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis under the conditions outlined below.
We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of your first payment or renewal charge. Requests made after 7 days from the billing date will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method only. We cannot transfer refunds to a different bank account or UPI ID.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Subscription → Cancel Plan.
Cancellation and refund are separate processes. Cancellation stops future billing; a refund request is needed if you want money back for the current cycle.
If you were charged more than once due to a payment gateway error, we will investigate and refund the duplicate amount within 3 business days of confirmation. Please email us immediately with your payment ID (available in your Razorpay receipt).
